Cancellation cut-off and charges

• 48 hours or more before scheduled check-in: 100% refund of the amount paid for the cancelled booking.
• Less than 48 hours before scheduled check-in: no refund for guest-initiated cancellation.

The cut-off is measured from 12:00 noon Indian Standard Time (IST) on the booked arrival date. A request received exactly 48 hours before check-in qualifies for the 100% refund.

Example: for check-in at 12:00 noon IST on 10 December, a cancellation received by 12:00 noon IST on 8 December qualifies for a full refund. A later cancellation does not qualify.

How to cancel

Email your cancellation request to contact@blindmountain.com, stating the guest name, booking reference, arrival and departure dates, and payment reference. Eligibility is assessed using the time your request is received, not the time our team replies. Keep a copy of your request. You may call +91 9411752291 for assistance.

Changes to a booking

Contact us to request a change to dates or guest details. Changes depend on availability and any price difference agreed before confirmation. A change request is not confirmed until we confirm it in writing.

Refund processing

Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 days after cancellation and refund eligibility are confirmed, to the original payment method where supported. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. Contact us with your booking and payment references if you need a status update.

Scope

These policies apply to direct bookings with Blind Mountain. For bookings made through a third-party travel or booking platform, the conditions disclosed and accepted on that platform apply; use that platform’s cancellation and refund process. Nothing in these policies limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.
